Since we did not have a vehicle we spent the whole day at the hotel. We ordered in Domino's pizza for lunch and then spent the afternoon in the pool. We had lots of fun in the pool and made some great memories. The first memory was when we discovered that our fearless child actually does have fear. Mason was not sure of the pool at all. This was his first time in a pool and he hung onto me for dear life. I really didn't mind though because I was able to hold and snuggle with him the whole time!!! It took Mason about half an hour before he started moving his arms around in the water. The second memory was Sawyer and having to go potty. Before we left for the pool we had gone potty in our room three times. While we were swimming he mentioned a couple of times that he had to go but we explained that if we left to go potty we would be done in the pool; there were no bathrooms in the pool area. At one point Sawyer actually did get out of the water but after we explained to him again that once we left we were done he came back into the pool. A little while later he got out of the water again and ran to the door while we explained the situation to him again he noticed that his panic face changed. Tom then asked Sawyer, "Sawyer do you have to go potty" to which Sawyer replied, "Nope". Tom and I busted out laughing and told Sawyer to jump back in the pool. When Sawyer came back in the water he told us that his pee would go down the drain.
For dinner we meet Dave and Jenna at Applebee's and had a great time catching up with them and relaxing back at the hotel room. Applebee's was just across the street from our hotel so we walked there but by the time we finished eating it had become super windy and snowing. Jenna took me and the boys back to the hotel in her car while Dave and Tom walked back. Sawyer and Mason thought it was pretty cool to sit in Jenna's backseat with with no car seats!
